I have a cartilage piercing (have now for over a year), and a piercing in
my rook, and I didn't even come close to dying. Yeah, there may be
a lot of bad experience stories on the Internet, but it's only because the
person did not take care of and clean their piercing properly. As long
as you look after it, and follow all of the after care instructions, things
should go fine and it won't get infected.

 Why would I memorize the atomic elements backwards(and the atomic weights)? Because the atomic elements have always been a simble of intelligence for me. There are over 100 of those things ,and many have names like Protactinium and Gadolinium. As I sat in Science class in the 10th grade, there was a chart of those things on the bulliten board. And I said to myself...Who-ever can remember all those names is a freekin Genious. So about 15 years later,I decided to give it a try. I'm trying to impress the 10th grader in me.(and doing a fine job of it)

BTW. Cleaning your room without a shotgun pointed at you sounds pretty darn impressive too.
